Those who come in with us will play a key role: they will be the first point of contact for those who know us and the day-to-day support for students, families and faculty.

What you’ll be doing:

• You will be in charge of welcoming new contacts and walking them through the journey to enrollment.
• You will be a point of reference for students and families, helping them and answering their questions.
• You will be in charge of lesson planning and managing faculty and space availability.
• You will manage some administration activities related to enrollment, payments, and internal paperwork.
• You will use our management systems to better organize teaching and administrative flows.

We would like to meet a person who:

• Has previous experience in secretarial, customer care or administration (even better if in schools, academies or cultural settings).
• Can communicate clearly and has excellent interpersonal skills.
• Is organized, precise and attentive to detail.
• Is comfortable with IT and management tools (knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace package).
• Is able to speak and communicate with foreign students and families in English.
• Is proactive, can solve problems, and is willing to work as part of a team.

We are looking for a saxophone and flute teacher who can provide availability for occasional substitutions.

The ideal candidate will teach saxophone or transverse flute lessons in the absence of the teacher who regularly covers the chair of the two classes.

We are seeking a bilingual piano teacher, able to express themselves in both English and Italian, and with a solid academic background, evidenced by a Conservatory degree. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching piano lessons, embracing both classical and modern repertoire, and will be able to adapt his or her teaching approach to students of various age groups and skill levels, in both languages.

Basic Requirements:
– Conservatory degree in piano
– Excellent knowledge of English
– Commitment to continuing education and obtaining teaching certifications and qualifications

– Yamaha method teaching certification
– Achievement of Yamaha grade 4 exam
